Think Like Peter Senge:
Applying his laws of systems thinking to identify patterns that shape behavior



    Sometimes well-intended solutions to pending problems result in making matters worse over the long-term. That is one premise in Peter Senge’s book, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of The Learning Organization. Writing in the November 2004 issue of The School Administrator, the monthly magazine of the American Association of School Administrators, William G. O’Callaghan, Jr., outlines Senge’s laws of systems thinking and how their could apply to school leaders.
