Chicago Principals Focus on Instruction
Four "alumni" of the Partnership's
2002 Summer Institute are among the six Area Instructional
Officers appointed recently in a reorganization of the Chicago
Public Schools, the Partnership's largest district.
The new AIOs are Linda Pierszchalski, Richard Gazda, Johnetta
James, Norma Rodriguez, Donald Pittman and Cynthia Barron,
all of whom were chosen for their high school experience and
their ability to improve classroom performance.
